High-Risk Disclaimer

If an assessment finds that a customer is at high risk, the Company will not provide its services to the customer.
Whenever the Client or transaction can be attributed to the below features or circumstances, the Company will proceed with the business relations with the client. It will not do transactions and/or block the Client’s access to the Company’s services and/or report to FIU when applicable:

  • The Client has a high-risk profile.
  • The Client cannot be sufficiently identified.
  • The Client appears to be on any of the screened sanctions lists.
  • The Client is a PEP, PEP’s family member or close associate.
  • The Client is a citizen and/or resident of and/or is registered in any countries or territories determined as a blacklisted country/territory by the Company.
  • The financial institution used in the transaction to transfer funds is located in the blacklisted country or territory.
  • The Client is not the owner/holder of the bank account/credit card used to pay for the Company’s services.
  • The Client does not submit the full set of documents requested or does not provide answers to the questions asked.
  • There is a suspicion that the documents and data provided by the Client are false and don’t match the Client’s profile.
  • The Company is unable to identify the beneficial owner of the Client.
